The Incentive Connect International collection of exclusive experiences and destination specialists.Our story so far. In 2006, the founder of Incentive Connect International decided to combine what she had learnt about the incentive industry from 15 years spent in hotel sales & marketing undertaking joint promotions with local DMCs, with what she had experienced working in a key management role with a tourism organisation promoting the destination as an option to planners and organisers of incentive trips.
When setting up the company she looked for an answer to one simple question. What can make it easier for incentive trip planners and organisers of incentive travel to find the right destination choice and source the right supplier? We'll design a directory especially for travel planning so it will become the first stop when they need to source information on local suppliers and services in unfamiliar destinations.
Our directory lets planners focus on destination choice and supplier selection. They can compare a range of accommodation, activities, venues, cruise options and service operators across destinations worldwide. Our site is continually growing its content so we can provide planners needing to undertake research, find suppliers, or source for services with the ability to find options that suit their budget, their event requirements or their specific travel needs.
Incentive travel is all about what the participants get to experience in a destination. We have designed a range of marketing tools that make it simple for planners to find a range of destination options and supplier choices. After all, an incentive trip should be a lot like the destination itself. It can be action packed or relaxing, adrenaline charged or a soft adventure, pure luxury or purely rewarding, but above all it should be an inspiring experience with plenty of wow factors for the participants.
Then we simplify things a little bit more for planners. We've created an inviting site that allows the viewer to search a range of destinations, and our directory is full of content that enables the viewer to get a real sense of a destination, the experiences it offers, and the local venues and activities that may suit their event program.
And we help planners of incentive trips feel confident in their destination choice. The information that we provide lets them contact service operators to ensure their event goes off smoothly and with the minimum of fuss.
Incentive travel planners often need someone local to custom design their itinerary. So we put them in touch with operators such as DMCs and EMCs that can custom design, operate or manage all, or part of, a program in the chosen destination. Planners can supply their brief confident that it will be professionally handled.
Our long term vision is to develop a range of marketing brands to meet the growing requirements of different sectors of the incentive market. Our strategy to date has set a benchmark that has allowed our business to quickly become truly international in its approach and Incentive Connect International is proud to be involved with tourism operators and hospitality enterprises that are adding value to their country's economy and culture.
